LaToshia Norwood is the mastermind behind the She Said. She Led. She Is. brand.

It all started with a plea from several business owners for LaToshia to be their business coach and mentor. Knowing that she didn't have the bandwidth to serve them all, she decided to instead host a small dinner to share tips, tools and resources. That small dinner (for 10 CEO women) quickly evolved into a dinner for more 120 CEO women in the Greater Houston area -- and She Said. She Led. She Is. was born.

LaToshia is also the Managing Partner of L'Renee & Associates, a project management consultancy firm, that supports high-performing organizations by recruiting and sourcing the most qualified and certified project managers across all disciplines, and providing project management training and consulting for professionals from the C-suite to the front desk.
